• CPP-s earned at tables higher than 0,5/1 (independent of currency) and at Sit’n’Go-s with a higher buy-in than 50$+5$ are excluded from the CPP-s earned towards the monthly point requirement.
   
• Money lost at tables higher than 0,5/1 (independent of currency) and at Sit’n’Go-s with a higher buy-in than 50$+5$ is not refundable in this promotion.
   
• CPP-s earned at Jackpot Sit’n’Go-s and at Heads Up tables do not count at all towards the monthly CPP requirement.
   
• Money lost at Jackpot Sit’n’Go-s and at Heads Up tables is not refundable in this promotion.
   
• Money lost or wagered in casino side games or in ChocoCasino is not refundable in this promotion.
   
• Participating in the Money Back Guarantee promotion will exclude you from being able to participate in any of our other promotions unless specified differently in any given promotion. • Players participating  in this promotion accept that their CPP balance will be zeroed and their VIP level set back to level 1 at the beginning of this promotion and at the beginning of every month in 2010 from july onwards. Any given month will only be considered a qualified month if the minimum necessary monthly CPP requirement is met. At the end of the promotion your VIP level will be set back to the same level as it was before the start of the promotion and your CPP balance will be restored in the same way plus the CPP-s accumulated during the promotion over the minimum monthly CPP requirement amount will be added to your balance as well.
   
• During the promotion you can make withdrawals, but the total amount of these withdrawals should never exceed your total available cash balance minus the „insured” amount.
